Setup Guide

After logging in with the provided account admin credentials, you will be greeted with an onboarding process. Following this guide, you can set up few organisation details crucial to start using the Innclock AI app fully. You can still choose to skip this process, but many features will not be usable.

Profile

Basic details of the admin can be added in the first step. A Preferred Name can be mentioned - which will be used for you across the app. Registering Face Data is mandatory as it will be used to authorise you before clocking you in and out. Once done, you can proceed to the next step - Members.

Members

Next, you will be prompted to create Members, where the first choice is about the role. You have two options here, Admin and Member. An admin will have access to the entire organisation's projects, locations, members and crews. They can perform clock in and out operations for anyone in their authorised locations. Members differ from Admin in that only the latter will have access to entire data in the app, while the former will only have access to their information and their crew's information if they are manager in one or more crews.

Crews

We can now group people together using Crews. When trying to create a crew, you will be asked for a name to represent this crew, the people who would be managing this crew, and the members of the crew. A Crew Manager has access to the logs of all the members in the crew, along with the ability to actually clock them in either directly via their app or a kiosk mode. Few constraints to remember here are as follows. A user can only be part of ONE crew as a Member. But one can still manage multiple crews, i.e., a user can be made manager in more than one crew.

Projects

Projects basically are a combination of multiple locations. When trying to create a project, you'll first need to name it, and then you would be prompted to add Locations to that project. Each location is fundamentally a geographic coordinates and certain radius put together - like a circle on map. Besides this geo data of the location, we can choose the authentication modes that can be made available for members clocking in and out of that location. We also have an option to control access to a location for a set of members and/or crews - Just turn on the toggle, and select Members or Crews that can exclusively access this location.
