Clock In & Out
General clock in & out, NFC Tag assign
Clock In/Out Methods Members can perform clock in, break, resume and clock out - on their iOS device, based on the authentication methods enabled for them. The enabled methods can be accessed from the top button bar in home page, and also from the action button available at the bottom center. It will always be checked if the user is present in an authorised project location - only when physically present in an authorised location, a member is allowed to clock in and out.
Face Recognition: To clock in using face detection, one should register their face in the Profile section. This will be shown when Innclock AI is installed for the first time, and is available in the settings page always. Please note, the iPhone/iPad needs to be held upright, and the face be centered in the shown circle. Once recognised, on screen directions will be shown, asking for four angles of the face - up, right, down & left. That's it, face data is successfully registered. The member can now use face recognition mode to clock in (provided the location makes it available).
QR Code: Members can generate a QR code on their Innclock AI app and scan it at a Kiosk device to clock in. This is also available in the banner at the top of settings page. This QR code is updated frequently, ensuring misuse is prevented.
NFC Tag: Members can tap their assigned NFC tag on a kiosk device to authenticate their clock-in. To issue an NFC tag/card to a Member, head to "Assign NFC Tag" in the settings page, and tap on the Member you'd like to issue a tag to. On the prompt, tap the tag on the device, and it's done. That Member can now use this NFC tag to clock in and out at Kiosk devices. Please note, iPad doesn't support NFC, so an iPhone is needed to use this authentication method.
Direct Clock In/Out: Members can choose to authenticate themselves via email OTP and clock in. When this option is chosen, Member will be sent an OTP on their registered email, and Innclock AI will ask for the same. Entering this OTP will authenticate them, and they can proceed to clock in. Their location will be verified before clock-in is approved.
