Member Setup

Member Registration Once invited by the Admin, members (employees) need to complete their account setup to start using Innclock AI:

• Employees receive an email with a link to the Innclock AI app on the App Store

• Members can download the Innclock AI iOS app and log in using their company email address.

• An OTP will be emailed and on punching it in, a member will be asked to set a password.

• After this, the profile details would be shown. One can set a preferred name here, that will be used to represent them across the app to everyone needed.

• Members can also register their face to use facial recognition for clocking in.

• Please note, if you choose "I'll do this later", you will be taken inside the app but won't be able to clock in. Only after setting the personal profile, a member will be able to start clocking in.

Clock In/Out Methods Members can perform clock in, break, resume and clock out - on their iOS device, based on the authentication methods enabled for them. The enabled methods can be accessed from the button bar in home page, and also from the action button available at the bottom center. It will always be checked if the user is present in an authorised project location - only when physically present in an authorised location, a member is allowed to clock in and out.

• Face Recognition: If their face is registered and Face Recognition is enabled for a location, members can use this auth mode to clock in. The app will attempt to detect and match their face in real time.

• QR Code: Members can generate a QR code on their Innclock AI app and scan it at the kiosk or with a manager’s device to clock in. This is also available in the profile section at the top of settings page.

• NFC Tag: Members can tap their assigned NFC tag on a kiosk or manager’s device to authenticate their clock-in.

• Direct Clock In/Out: Members can choose to authenticate themselves via email OTP and clock in. Their location will be verified before clock-in is approved.

Viewing Attendance Logs Members can view their attendance logs directly in the Innclock AI app:

• Each log includes the time of clock-in/out, the method used (face recognition, NFC, etc.), and the location.

• Members can track their own attendance over time and view basic statistics on their work hours.
